The field just above the send button, I need it gone. It only has one option in it, so removing that option would also be acceptable. Where is that located?
It is said there's no setting or option that could remove the field, however our portal doesn't have one and here is our workaround:
1. Settings > Products > Jira Service management > Configuration. Under Organization management option for Should new requests automatically be shared with a customer's organization? is set to Yes.
2. In a service desk project there's only one organization and the organization does not contain any members. Users are added as customers individually. As result all request are shared automatically with empty organization and the field doesn't pop up.
Also I found similar question - "Share with" field is show on Customer Portal only for one project and I want to hide it and there might also be some answers.
Hope something of it will help!
Hi! Do you have a test user you can verify that other tickets are hidden from them?
From your service portal, with the test user, can you go to Requests -> All and set the filter for status to no checks so everything comes up and tell me what you see?
My chief objective is that my boss wants to make sure nobody can see anybody else's tickets.

Hi Taylor, the short answer is no, you can't remove it. there are a few suggestions requesting it get removed or reworked. I'd suggest voting for and watching them. Here's a few, but there's more.
I've used this article to not allow it, How-can-I-choose-Share-with-no-one-by-default to help.
Hope that helps.
