We have a Service Desk Project that we would like to add the same participants to for every ticket. These users have portal access, but are not Jira agents. Is there a way to automatically set up participants to be added each time a ticket is opened within a project?
If you have a specific list of customers that you want to add as request participants then you could do that using automation. Just simply trigger on an issue created then use whatever conditions needed to ensure that the action is performed as you desire in the action is to add the list of users to the request participants field
