Hi there,

For the Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira, is there a way to control which user can use it and which can't? I don't want every user to be able to the add on, only specific users.

Yes, Jira Admin can configure access based on projects and user groups. Check our documentation - https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CR/pages/135299253/Settings#%5BinlineExtension%5DGlobal-settings
