Since the problem occurs only in Edge, clear browser cache/cookies, disable extensions (especially security or ad blockers), and ensure Edge is updated. If the issue persists, adjust Edge’s security/privacy settings or try opening the portal in InPrivate mode. Chrome works fine, so it’s clearly a browser-specific setting/block in Edge.
