Conditionally display a field based on a selection in a list

Hi there,

I was wondering if you can display a field based on the value in a list.

We have a request to allow email attachment sending, all attachments are blocked due to content.

On an exception request type we have list where someone can select;

Once-off

Timed

Permanent.

If Timed is selected I would then like to display the field "Timed Period of Exception" which is a Date selection field.  I don't want to see it for the other options.

Is this possible?

Hi,

By default, you can't create dynamically changed forms. You can achieve it using the Extension for Jira Service Management app. It allows to create dynamic forms - you have to define which fields you want to present depending on the selection in the previous field.
