Hello
I want to connect My Jira Service Desk cloud to another Jira to be able to have issue created in mine when created in teh other one.
Which is the easiest way to do it?
If the 2 Jira SD connected, is update done on tickets will be automatic ?
Thank you
Hi @Admin,
what you describe is the classical use case of an issue synchronization tool. Such a tool allows you to define uni- or bidirectional synchronization between different Jira instances.
Exalate, the tool @Riddhi Shah recommended, is such a tool - if you want to get the complete list, you can search for it in the marketplace.
I'm working for the team behind Backbone Issue Sync which is another candidate you could look on. If you're interested, you can register for a webinar to learn about it.
I'd recommend in general to trial the tools you're interested for free and compare how they match your requirements.
Cheers,
Matthias.
Hello @Admin ,
This is Riddhi from team Exalate.
I would like to let you know that Exalate is a synchronization tool. It will not help you the link but could help you sync the issues.
It allows syncing information bi- and uni-directionally between multiple Jira instances. Or separate projects in your local Jira.
It's mega flexible, you can sync all types of information, including comments, attachments and custom fields. You can control what to sync and what not, and much more ....
I hope this answer helps. 😃
Bu the way, It might also be useful to set up a live video-discussion to demonstrate how Exalate would get set up for your use case
Would that be valuable to you? You can book it here.
Cheers,
Riddhi
