×Hello all,
I am trying to create a report in Jira Service Desk - based on user details.
We have pulled in extra details with the user from our IDP (identity provider like Okta) - things such as:
We would like to build a report based on these details - so, for example:
Tickets created by location, or tickets created by business unit.
Is this possible? To pull these into JQL to build a report from?
Thank you.
Regards,
Asmath Basha
Thank you Asmath! I have tried using JQL - but I did not know what fields to supply.
The auto-suggestion fields did not show up.
Example:
We have a field called "Department" that is part of each of the managed user accounts
But not sure how to pull this into a query:
(or something similar .. basically trying to create a report of tickets created by "department")
Thank you!
