Custom field not available in "Request Form" selection list

I cannot get a custom field "Product" to appear in a list to select in a Request Form.

See the issue.

It appears OK in the context list but should it?

And it can be added in another Request Type form.

Other steps taken

Issue Type Screen Config screen.

Issue Types showing the "Product" Field.

Field configuration Scheme contains "Product"

The custom field also doesn't allow to be added to filters in Ticket View. It has been left off the "Feature" Issue type somehow I reckon but I cannot see where as it looks identical to how it was added to the "[System] Service request" issue type.

Hi @Gavin Klose ,

Some checks that may help:

  1. The Product field should be present in the screen associated with the Create issue operation of the Feature issue type.
  2. Ensure the Feature issue type is within the scope of Product custom field context.

Hope it helps.

Thanks @Ignacio Pulgar . I tried to chnge the custom filed context but I could not unselect an issue type. So instead I removed the entire Context not realising that it destroyed all of the dropdown options on all the tickets! Luckily there is only about 100 tickets to reassign and a very patient support team.

I then recreated the context and options (without any link to an issue type) and it worked.
