Customer profile, unable to change picture

Hello, my customer reported he is unable to set a profile pic for his Service Desk account.
As a portal administrator i cant do that either, i cant even open his account!

As an admin, if i click to view customer's profile it throws an error:

Customer also cant change much:


Thats important thing for our agents to determine which client is responding in a ticket, right not its just a bunch of similar default pics.

Yep customer profiles are not editable. Given the pages exist maybe they will be in the future.

+1 to this feature. It's strange that customers can't add an image to their profile
