When we onboard new employees we have a bog standard word document, which contains check boxes against things like products required, shared mailboxes required etc
Am looking to provide these options in the Onboard new employees section and was considering using the Components option to manually list each mailbox, product etc.
However is there a better way of achieving this? So for example a manager completing the onboarding request could select from a drop down menu, which mailbox they need, which product etc
