Hey guys! Give me a tip?
Is there the possibility of customizing fields when transitioning from one status to another?
When transitioning an issue, I would like some form fields to be visible only if I select one option from several options in a checkbox.
Example: if in the "tipo" field I put "incidente", all the fields below the "tipo" field should appear. If it is a "solicitação", all the fields below do not need to appear.
This would only be possible if you use either Forms, or an app like Scriptrunner or Power Scripts which allows you to change the UI. I think Power Scripts will have Live fields soon, that is what I used on DC in order to show/hide fields. There are also other apps in the Marketplace that can probably do this.
@Kauana Rodrigues dos Santos -
Unfortunately - it is not available out of the box. I agreed with @Mikael Sandberg suggested one can dynamically control fields displays by either using FORMs setup (where it is typically used during issue creation operation). For WF transition operation, then you need to look at using ScriptRunner for Jira and Behaviors - ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud to provide you with what you are looking for -

Hope this also helps.

Hi Kauna,
I can confirm the Behaviours feature of ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud currently only supports the create view and edit view, but support for the transition view will be coming in future, and I would advise you to keep an eye on the release notes to see when this is released.
Regards,
Kristian

Hi @Kauana Rodrigues dos Santos ! Behaviours feature is now supported on Transition View in Jira Software. You can check the details of this first release as well as demo videos here.
Best regards,
Andrei
