Delete customer

Hello everyone,

I am not able to delete customers account which have not been created into an organization.

If I open an organization, a recycle bin icon appear next to every user, but not for user on the root of the list

And I can't find how to add existing customer to an organization.

I've tried the free login portal but I'm stuck with every user created this way.

How can I manage these users ?

Org Admin has the capability to manage customers from admin.atlassian.com.

• Go to admin.atlassian.com
• Select the cloud instance
• Click Product on the top menu
• Click the site name on the left menu under SITES AND PRODUCTS
• Click Portal customers on the left menu under JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT
