Marini, is an Atlassian Certified Senior Technology Consultant at ServiceRocket. She started her career as a Test Engineer before pursuing a Master's degree in IT. Then, she spent more than 5 years working as a Software Engineer developing web and database applications. She decided to switch her career to a different IT industry. With her current roles, she will be assisting customers to make full use of Atlassian ITSM solutions suites such as Confluence, Jira, Opsgenie, and many more.
