Hi!

I'm looking the way to achieve below scenario in my JSM:

  • one portal need to be available without login
  • rest of available portals need to be available with login

I configure access without login by check "Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in" in JSM global Customer access but result is:

  • for portal without login on request type I see Email confirmation to field which somehow solve my issue it this case
  • for other portals unfortunately I see also field  Email confirmation to and users sometimes forget to log in.

Do you know any solution that I can solve this?

Regards,

Seba

Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński

I don’t think this is possible. The alternative would be to use separate JSM instances. That means either setting up an additional JSM instance, or upgrading to the Enterprise tier, which allows you to run multiple instances without incurring extra agent license costs across them.

Fabian

Hi @Fabian Lim

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it is not possible. I tested it and conformed with Atlassian and change approach little bit.

Seba
