Once a service request is resolved, I would like to activate the survey option in Jira Desk Service.
As I am still in the process of choosing between the server and the cloud option, I want to know if the free survey option that comes with the Jira software works in cloud as well as in server. I did find server allows for it, server i am not sure about.

The Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) functionality comes out of the box with Jira Service Desk Server and Cloud, so yes it's available on both server and cloud.
