So this is pretty simple question. We have a user actaully many users whith this issue.
But I will give one example. This one user is the owner of a project in JIRA.
There Access is set to:
Has access on site ( yes)
Jira Service Managment ( (no)
Jira Software (yes)
Confluence (yes)
statuspage ( no) What is this by the way?
I have used Service Now for years now and if a user logs a ticket they can see the status of their ticket via a customer portal.
How can this user and others view the ticket they have raised without asking IT everytime? and without having to pay for a licesne just to view a ticket.
Cheers
Paul
Hi Paul,
On the Portal top right, you should see a "Request" button (beside your profile picture) and if you click on it you should be able to select "Created by me", that will show all the ticket you created.
Regards
Steve
