Help - Report for %Met SLA from First of Month to Date

Hi, 

I would like to create a report that shows the percentage of met SLA's on tickets created from the 1st of the month to date. 

However, I cannot figure out a way to do this. All I can select is a defined date range (1/JUN/20 to 26/JUN/20) for example where I would like a range such as (1/ThisMonth to Today). Is this even possible? I feel like this would be incredibly useful.

Hello Alun,

You can use the SLA report in VisualScript for Jira.

With this report, you can select the start and end date.  It gives you detailed KPIs to include the % met on tickets.  It breaks them down by issue type as well.

You can also do the same thing in our Health Gauge report.  This provides similar date, but in a gauge format.
