Hi,
We're growing out our number of tiles on the helpdesk portal and need to manage the layout.
However, Jira only offers us to move about the tiles and star them. Is there a way to filter/categorise the tiles in anyway?
Any info is great
Thanks!
Beau
Hi !
I guess that if you have a lot of tiles it's because you already grouped your requests into different projects.
Unfortunately, for now JSM offer little to nothing to customize your portal.
I would recommend Refined : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218481/refined-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
which I used before and is WAY more flexible.
Hope this helps

Thanks Frederic - Yeh the customization on the portal isn't great.
I was looking at the refined app and will try it out now you have suggested it too.
Any recommendations for setting it up?
Thanks
Beau

Hi Beau,
Take time to explore the app.
Try to group your requests in logical groups and not too much of them or you'll defeat the purpose of the app.
If you want to restrict the access to some requests, group them together and add a security level to this group.
I recommend adding the "My requests" widget which is really helpful to end-users.
And if you add color, try to have a consistent color scheme.
After just a couple of hours in the app, you'll be able to see what you need I'm sure.
