One question about premium cloud and automations? How many automations per users is allowed?

and arr there any tips for creating additions users for running automations in a more complex and automations driven instance?

Yes that link perfectly fits in to the question you have.

Premium users have 1000 global and multi-project rule executions per paid user per month. 

I guess you can use "Automation for Jira" user to run automations.
