Hi community,
We are trying to distribute JSM work amoungst our on-call team roster. It is a staggered roster with overlap throughout the day and not everyone is working each day.
Jira automation has an option for "Assign the issue to" named "On-call responder", which we have nomintated an on-call team and an on-call schedule too.
This works for only assigning to those currently on-call but appears to always pick the first pesron in the list of people that are currently on roster. I know that this has been raised previously in the community as known deficit in functionality but is there any future development planned for Jira automation to distribute the work between all current responders when there is more than one person currently on roster?
