Based on incoming alerts, Operations/OpsGenie will notifiy users via voice calls, if so configured.
Is there an option to extend the ring duration?
After 1:32min our Jira instance hangs up the call while our use-case requires around 4 minutes ideally.
I don't think this is possible. What I would suggest is to update the escalation policy where you would add a notification to the on-call person/team after another 4 minutes of the initial one.
