How to pull SLA success rate ( for past years)

Currently able to pull reports for only one year, which is from 09/03/2022 to 08/03/2023

Need data for 2022 & 2021

Is it possible?

I don't think that this is possible. Not out of the box at least. Did you search the marketplace for an app?

I suggest you try the SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on. The app allows receiving reports of 4 types (Grid table and charts: Met vs Exceeded, per Assignee, Pie Chart) without limits for the date range filter.
