Dear community,
I'm currently setting up our service desk and I want to create a custom field with a dropdown list, .
While I'm able to do so, using type : "Select List (multiple choices)" and adding "fixed" options (available for all my customers), I would like to make options of the list dependent on the organization of my customers. In other words, I want the user to see and select options that belongs to his organization only.
All my customers are using the same Jira Project and Issue Type, so specifics options based on the context for a custom field doesn't seem to be an available solution.
Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how should I do this?
