Hello,
I am struggling with notification setup.
My requirement is quite simple: I need to notify all "Service Desk Team" members about a new work item (so they don't have to check JIRA continuously).
I found the Default Notification Scheme and edited the "A work item is created (System)" notification type. Among the default recipients, I added "Project Role (Service Desk Team)".
I suppose all members of the Service Desk Team should be notified by e-mail.
As a client, I created a new ticket, but no notification has been delivered to me or another member of the Team.
The default Notification Scheme is used for the Helpdesk project among others.
Do you have any idea what the problem is?
Thanks.

Hi @Zbyněk Hostaš , regarding why you do not get notified, is it possible that you have your persona notifications off for changes you make? Avatar - personal settings - notification settings/projects and issues
whle that might explain your specific case it does not for the rest of the team. Are you absolutely sure the agents in question are part of the project in question. Are you sure the project is in fact using the Default scheme that you edited (check under project settings ~ notifications to ensure your changes in fact are reflected there).
Hello Jack,
You replied quickly, I didn't expect it. Thanks.
All personal notifications are on.
There are two of us in the particular team.
The Default Notification Scheme is used for 4 projects and the Helpdesk service project is one of them.
It seems the problem was caused by the fact, that the "test issue" was created by my account (At that point I was basically "sitting on both chairs").
I switched the account and it works now and my colleague confirms it too.
Have a nice day.
