I made that field as required in field configuration, but I'd does not appear in the issues created after emailing.

This can't be achieved on issues created via email.
For this field to appear after issue creation it has to be added to the edit screen, filed needs to be added to the project screen.
TO check your project screens and field's associated
GO TO project -> settings -> screens
You can make it required via customer portal creation but not via emil
Another workaround could be you set a screen on workflow transition and you add this required filed on this screen.
Or you can add a validator to workflow transition if the required field is not filed pop up message will appear during the transition.

Can you explain your problem with more detail? Witch field and when should be required?
Also, note, if you add this field to -> requests types - request(associated with an email address) -> edit field and make this filed required there, issues won't be created via email only description filed can be required on request types associated via email

Have you added the new field to the view/edit screen of your issue?
Once you have added the field to your screen(s) you can then add in a Validator in the workflow to make it mandatory.
