Import Jira Cloud - Settings

Hello, 

I'm wanting to duplicate our site for creating testing and dev scenario sites. 

I have a couple of questions about it though that I'm struggling to find the answers to. 

1. Does the import overwrite the site's settings, such as outgoing mail being disabled and or customer notifications?
2. Will the newly imported users get an invite email if the above is or is not disabled?

I just tested this, and I am happy to tell you. You solved my issue with in a short period.

Click Jira Settings > System. In the Import and Export section, click Import Jira Server. Select Import data and select the ZIP file you downloaded in Step 2: Back up your Jira Server database. We'll check your file for errors, and ask you to choose settings for how you want your data imported.
