Import Jira User link into our User schema

Hi,

I'm trying to add the Jira-user to our User schema. This is to link the Jira User attribute to the default Jira-user account using their email address.

Hi @Danni ,

If you are using a csv file to import the Asset objects, you can only link the user via their Atlassian account ID. To get the ID's, you can do an export of the users from the User Management (Directory). The export file contains the user ID (looks something like "63dd2b2a632a5d79c7b71abb").

If you include this ID in your Assets csv file, you can link the user via this ID.
