Import (migrate) objects from Insight Datacenter to cloud

Hi!

anyone try this ? How to Import objects from Insight Datacenter (with attachments) into Insight in Jira Service Management.?

Insight Cloud is a very new app, more or less built from the ground up. Attachments cannot be stored there yet, but that is something that is on the roadmap.

There will also be a migration app in the future to help you migrate the data. A date for when the app will be there is not available yet. I hear the current advice is to wait for the app prior to migrate over from DC to cloud.

Keep an eye on the Cloud roadmap for when this will happen. I suspect looking into the Migrating to cloud section will be where updates may appear.

Assets (formerly Insight) object schemas can be moved from the data center instance to the target Jira Cloud instance using the add-on Insight Assets Backup & Migration.
