Hey guys,
I am currently working on a project to replace our current ITSM tool with Jira Service Desk and I learned along the way that our provider for request fulfillment (agents) would use ServiceNow.
So now we have to create an integration between JSD and SN with full synchronization.
Does anyone has experience doing and working with such an integration?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Gabriel
Hi @Gabriel Viger ,
I'm part of the Exalate team.
Exalate is a synchronization app that was originally built to sync Jira to Jira. But, due to demand, this last year we have expanded our integrations to include Github, HP QC/ALM and Zendesk.
We are actively currently in the process of building a ServiceNow connector. Which we will have available at the summit. If you'll attend you could drop by the iDalko booth to get a demo!
If not, do you want me to add you to the early access of this release? Let me know by sending an email to riddhi.shah@idalko.com
Cheers,
Riddhi
Hi, @Gabriel Viger
My name is Diana and I am a solutions architect at ZigiWave. I join the conversation a bit too late. I'd like to propose an alternative to whatever tool you might currently use, just in case you decide to try something different.
Our no-code integration platform ZigOps will help you connect ServiceNow and Jira SD. It allows the transfer of default fields and custom fields between the systems, and syncs them in real-time. Our tool reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any fields.
If you want to see how it works in action: book a technical demo.

Hi Gabriel,
I've checked that there is an add-on that allows you to integrate Service Now and Jira:
- ConnectALL ServiceNow adapter for Jira
You can also check this thread where there are some answers that may help you. The question is from 2014 but there are answers from 2017 and 2018.
Also, we have a feature request suggesting the integration between Jira OPS and Service Now:
If you have any other question, please let us know.
Regards,
Angélica
