Is there a way to set up an SLA that works on Status Change?

The title. I tried setting up an SLA and entered all status in my workflow as starting conditions and did the same for the end conditions. Unfortunately, JIRA's not able to identify a status in both conditions and it doesn't start a new SLA cycle when it reaches a status that is both a starting and ending condition. Any alternatives on how to achieve this? it would seem as a fairly straightforward use case and I wan't to avoid setting up SLAs for each individual status.

@sergio.peschiera ,

What exactly do you want this SLA to measure? If you map all statusses as a starting point, and all statusses as an end point, the SLA will not be able to measure anything.

Normally, you should have 1 status as a starting point, and one or more as an end point.

Best regards,

Kris
