We're currently experiencing an issue with our JIRA instance. It appears that only the admin account is functioning properly—team members are unable to access or use JIRA as expected. It keeps the page redirecting and then finally the error page appears.
Could you please investigate and help resolve this as soon as possible?

Welcome. Would recommend to monitor the Jira status as there is an incident with free accounts in certain locations.

Just want to confirm that you are on a free plan. Also when you say the admin account is working are you able to access everything or just the admin section of the instance?

Yes we are using the Free plan. And secondly, admin can view all kind of functionalities available. Just the team members are unable to access. Even we are unable to login.
