Jira Service Desk Cloud doesn't process emails with larger attachments. Attachment size 24 MB is ignored while attachment size 8MB is working correctly. Did we misconfigure our JSD?
@Jack Brickey & @Krister Broman _Advania_ Thank you for replying. I've looked at both of the articles you've sent me. Our Jira is configured to allow attachments up to 1GB, which is the default. When a support agent is adding a larger attachment (tested with 24MB) our customers are able to receive our email, but our JSD is not able to process incoming email with an attachment of 24MB.
