JSM Unable to fetch request type in Customer notification subject

Hello Team,

It would be appreciated if I get an response as earlier from you.

We want to include request type details in customer notification email and tried with below smart value but its not worked.

  •  {{issue.Request Type}}

Please support us for this requirement.

Kindly let us know if further information required.

It should work for you.

please use the below smart value as it is and let me know if you still have an issue -
