Jira Service Desk Reporting in Tableau

Does anyone in the community have experience reporting out of Tableau? Especially, customer portal related reporting around articles.

All if not most data points can be polled into your Data warehouse into Tableau.

We have done it in our organization through our development and BI teams that required access to the JIRA API.

I am not well versed in development but anyone utilizing custom data with Tableau should be able to accomplish this.
