Jira/Whatsapp integration with Twilio - Images not working

Hi guys, I finished the integration between Jira and Twilio / Whatsapp. Works pretty cool but the images are not working. 

If I try to open an image has this error:

"Something went wrong.

We couldn't generate a preview for this file.

Try downloading the file to view it."

and images URL has an authentication and a XML file instead an image

Hello @Rafael ,

This is due to Twilio basic authentication, some users may have it enabled by default, and this may cause the mentioned problem.

To disable it please go to your twilio console --> Messaging --> Settings --> General --> scroll down in the page opened to HTTP Basic Authentication for media access --> Select Disabled --> Save

And you should be all set !
