Hey @ComSupport

You can easily do this by following the below steps.

  1. Access your Project Settings
  2. Navigate to Knowledge Base
  3. If you have a space connected, select Dont Link and save/refresh the page
  4. Once the old space is disconnected, you can connect the project to any space you want

By default, JSD projects create their own space. For each project you want to connect to the single space, you need to disconnect it and then connect it to the specific space you want to connect to.

Hi Cody,

How if i have different spaces but i wanted to show all them in the JIRA portal when customers do searching.

Is that necessary for me to put all articles under the same space in order to show them out?

Example i have 3 spaces:
Space A - contains article A

Space B - contains article B

Space C - contains article C

Currently the project is linking to space A and customer only manage to see the article A, when customer tried to click on the link in article A which linked to article B, it pops out error message.

Please advise what can i do for the above situation.

Thanks

Yeah, it's necessary to get all of these to one space, unfortunately.

Hey @ComSupport

You would need to have all the articles in the same space to show them in the portals the space is connected to. Unfortunately you cant have them in different spaces and show them all in one portal.

Hopefully this helped you, if it did, please mark this as answered so the rest of the community knows this has been answered. If you have any more questions about this, id be happy to help!

Hi everybody,

I was looking for this too and lucky for us this is tracked in JSDCLOUD-170. The ticket is getting updates lately and seems to be in progress and coming very soon!

At least there should be the Options for different spaces for customers and agents. There is information only Agents may see, So Agents should be able to get details from 2 Spaces while customers only should get info from 1 space.
