My Knowledge Base suddenly started not to work. It lists titles of articles in the clicked category and for the search result. However, it dosen't show up their content when the title is cliked. Instead, the following error message appears on the Help desk:
We couldn't find what you're looking for
We looked everywhere, but it doesn't exist.
It may have been deleted. Unless, of course, the URL has a typo in it
I checked all the permission settings and they seem all OK. I also tested it making a brand-new JSM project and Confluence space and configured them for a Portal. Nothing improves.
I am currently on the Free plan because I am now test-driving the JSM. Changing it to the Standard plan did not help.
Is anybody who is facing the same problem now? My JSM Portal was working fine in the last week (the week starting 1 April 2024).
Seems it started working again... Maybe something internal was wrong?
