Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Seems to be some critical missing features for a next gen service desk.

  1. Lack of customized email replies. Can't customize the look and feel of the ticket before being sent out.
  2. No ability to select multiple tickets and close them out in the queue.
  3. No automated templates, requires addons with not many available.

1. Customize replies in Project Settings > Notifications > Customer Notifications > Edit Templates

2. Search for issues, then bulk edit them by clicking on ... in top right.

3. Automated templates that do what?
