Hi Community,

I am looking to monitor our JSM cloud side behaviour via Datadog.
Whenever we have errors appearing on the side, I want datadog to create an alert which then can inform the team responsible for our Atlassian stack.

I did this prior for Jira (Server) based on this documentation: https://thejiraguy.com/2021/07/28/end-to-end-datadog-monitoring-of-jira/

I was wondering if there is any documentation to get this working for our cloud instances?

Any information is highly appreciated.

Regards

Howard

hi @Howard Nedd

You can't monitor Atlassian Cloud products, cause that's all the purpose of a Cloud product: Atlassian is managing the platform for you, you don't have to worry about that anymore.

To follow Atlassian Cloud status and current incident you can use https://status.atlassian.com/

Dam.

Hi Dam,

Thank you for replying. I am aware of the general statuspages but these are “general” and not based on our side. I actually found a way to still get data into datadog via RSS.

Regards

Howard
