New SLA's are not showing up.

I added new SLA's for our On-Call service desk project

We already had an old SLA Time to Triaged.

Only the old SLA is showing up in the ticket, the new SLA's are not showing up.

I can see the SLA's now, looks like the conditions were not meet before
