New issue view - unfavourable changes

Hi, 

we just were "served" with the new view. However. we've lost two features that we liked.

1. The view of attachments as a listing - this allowed showing the date the attachment was added. The thumbnail look is nice but not as practicable as no date is showing. Is there any way I can quickly change this?

2. The date format for the follow up date is now in a year/month/day view. How can I change this to a day/month/year view?

I have asked our administrator to change the date format just as described in the link. However, it did not make a difference at all. This issue has come with the new layout, so I would have been surprised if this would have resolved the issue....

Hence, I regard this as no resolved. The new format of 2020/02/13 is ridiculous.
