Hello - We set up a sandbox instance of Jira service management and I am testing to confirm that notifications are working from it, so tI can then start testing automated messaging. The notification helper says people should be getting notifications and outgoing email is on, but I am not seeing any emails received. Can someone point me as to why the send doesn't appear to be happening?
Scratch that - I have now confirmed that notifications are happening from the sandbox. False alarm!!
(I know this is old, but....)
Did you look/do anything or did they just take time to come through?
I am having the same issue and it LOOKS like everything is turned on, but I must be missing something somewhere (probably something obvious, LOL)
