Opening Jira Ticket Error

I used to be able to click on a link and open a jira ticket from a list of items that I export to Google Sheets. Now when I click a link, I note that the URL "https://www.google.com/url?q=" is appended to the jira URL causing an error. I get an error message that reads:
www.google.com is blockedw
ww.google.com refused to connect.
ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE

What can I do to resolve this?

I get the same error.
It works OK if I export to PDF.
It works OK if I copy and paste the link.

But clikcing direct from Google sheets throws that error.

Any ideas Atlassian people?
