Outlook Add ins

Hello Jira Community,

could someone please enlighten me on the different Jira Adds in in outlook.

I see there is Jira for Outlook, Jira Plugin for Outlook (OTJ Jira for Outlook), and Jira Cloud for Outlook (Official). Can you please tell me how they are different from each other?

We are on JSM Cloud so what do these 3 mean for us. If I simply would like to have the outlook add in, which is the correct app?

the apps are from different vendors and have a slightly different price point (you might also want to check the pricing tab before making a decision, most of them are free for up to 10 users). I recommend to start a free trial with the apps and see, what fits your needs the most. Or you can work with the out of the box integration by Atlassian.

Jira for Outlook (Outlook add-in: Jira for Outlook | Microsoft AppSource) is from yasoon (the company I work for) and is part of the app Microsoft 365 for Jira - Outlook Email, Teams, Calendar | Atlassian Marketplace

And as a side note: Microsoft 365 for Jira offers a deeper integration with Microsoft Teams and even Outlook calendars. E. g. you can embed your customer portal in Microsoft Teams and let customers raise support tickets directly in Teams.
