Is there a bug in Jira for adding participants? I add customer participants on the ticket and they are removed right away. It shows like I removed them in history with the exact timestamp as I have added them.
I am not experiencing that problem in my Jira Cloud environment.
Are you working with a Company Managed or Team Managed Service project?
Do you have any Automation Rules that make changes to the issues in the project? You can click on the Automations field to see if any Automation Rules have run against a given issue recently.
Thank you @Trudy Claspill , I didn't think of automations. I did actually create a new automation related to adding participants. I will check it right away.
