ACP 120 certification.

This question is about ACP 120 certification. Just wondering if the questions on the first attempt will be similar to the questions on the retake exam.

Yes, the retake will probably have the most questions to that of the original exam. But I believe if you are well prepared you don't need to spend another 250$ for the re-take exam.

Unfortunately, you will have to paid again for the exam.  However, I would recommend that you sign up for the prep course - https://university.atlassian.com/student/page/817150-jira-administration-for-cloud-certification-prep-acp-120-course-description

Do not ask for examination dumps!

This violates the terms of the Certification Candidate Agreement and our Code of Conduct.  Don't make the mistake of soliciting non-official exam questions for preparation. 

Atlassian can choose to ban you from the certification program simply for making a request of this type.

Stick to Atlassian's practice questions from the cert prep course, which include detailed explanations of all the response options, so you can understand why each one is correct or incorrect.   

You can get a PDF version of the preparation course when you enroll in it.
