AUTOMATION Trigger WHEN OBJECT is UPDATED (Assets) starts sometimes after 1 hour or longer

Andy VAN BELLE October 28, 2024 edited

AUTOMATION Trigger WHEN OBJECT is UPDATED (Assets) starts sometimes after 1 hour or longer.

Am I the only one with this issue?

So.. you update the object and nothing happens.
And suddenly after 1 hour or longer the rule is activated.
Sometimes it works immediately. Someone?

Hi!

I have noticed that sometimes a rule can take some time to trigger, depending on load and rules running etc ... but it might also be related to this:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-12246

In a nutshell: Atlassian does deployments which might cause a temporary downtime.

Thanks for the feedback Jeroen.
All other automation rules are working fine and without any delay.

The only trigger that is having (not always) a delay is the OBJECT UPDATE automation rule.

Kind Regards from Belgium
Andy
