I have External Customers allowed to self-register but restricted to a list of domains, and I have a list of Organizations named by the legal name of the entity with an attribute called "domain" that lists their email domain.
I saw the guide on using automation to automatically add a user to an organization when they create an issue, but it seems like that would create an organization named after their email domain - would there be a way to instead use a smart query (I think that's the term?) to query for which organization has a matching 'domain' attribute then set the organization field of the issue to that?
Hi @Alex Ray
This is currently not possible.
This feature has been placed on the JSM public roadmap.
See the issue here: JSDCLOUD-4519
Ah, well at least it's in the roadmap for the next quarter. I was disappointed to learn there was nothing planned regarding letting domain-limited external customers sign in with google/365/etc.
