Adding buttons to JIRA Help Desk Customer Portal

Jake Brain December 2, 2018

Hello,

I'm looking to customise my JIRA Help Desk Customer Portal - I'd like to replicate the buttons that JIRA provides in their example, as seen in the screenshot below.

Hi @Jake Brain,

Which hosting do you use? Jira Service Desk on the screenshot is available only for Cloud. If you use Server, our team is working on new app which will change the layout of Customer Portal. One of our proposal looks like this! So if you'd like to check our app and get a beta version, please send me an email (katarzyna.pawlak@deviniti.com) or create a ticket on our Customer Portal: https://intenso.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

Cheers,

Kate

Hi Kate

We're currently using JIRA cloud.

Ok, so in case of Cloud version, every "card" is a customer portal. You can't customize them and put there anything else, for example link to the documentation. If you have only one service desk project, you don't have this view. If you have two or more, you should have this view on the Help Center page.

Got it. Thanks Kate.

Hi @Katarzyna , I was wondering if it is possible to add a button inside the "card", if this is possible would you be so kind to send me in the right direction. Thank you!
