After JSM upgrade to 5.12.13 version we are getting HTTP 404 error. Please help on this.

For this type of system error, I would highly recommend that you should contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance.  It is because there seems to be an issue with your JSM upgrade, so the support team is the best way to obtain the proper assistance to ensure there are no other unknown issues.
